The Motifs section of the Glycan Details page in GlyGen provides information on the glycan motifs present in the glycan.
Motifs
This section provides the following information:
- Glycan Image - Diagram of the glycan according to Symbol Nomenclature for Glycans (SNFG)
- Motif ID - GlyGen motif identifier. Eg. GGM.000001
- Motif Name - Preferred motif name. Eg. Type 2 LN
