Processed data
The glycan array processed data is usual a spreadsheet summarizing the intensity values of the individual spots. Technical replicates of the spots are integrated into a single value using mathematical method. Processed data can be uploaded to the Glycan array data repository using the processed data file format together with the exclusion list using the corresponding exclusion list file format.
