Pathway section contains pathway information for a given protein from Reactome and KEGG databases. The pathway information is retrieved from UniProtKB.

  • KEGG Pathway - Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) pathway is a map of molecular interaction, reaction, and relation networks for glycans. Eg. hsa:3082
  • Reactome - Pathways in which the given protein is involved are represented by Reactome graphical maps of biological processes and pathways. Reactome is a open-source, open access, manually curated and peer-reviewed pathway database Eg. Platelet degranulation R-HSA-114608
