The GlySpace workshop will be held as satelite workshop on Sunday May 25 at the Glyco27 meeting. The workshop will focus on recent developments and innovations in glycobioinformatics. The workshop will be facilitated by leading experts in the field in a workshop-style format to allow lots of opportunities for participation and discussion.

Aim of the workshop

the aim of the workshop is to collect and possibly prioritize use cases from experts in the field of glycomics, glycoproteomics and glycobioinformatics to identify gaps in the glycobioinformatics ecosystem. These gaps can be missing data, missing database features/searchers, needed tools or desired data analysis. The GlySpace alliance members will collect this ideas and requests and make the available after the workshop.
