  • Implemented server side pagination for tables in protein, glycan and publication details pages.
  • Added support to display card level please wait icon for table pagination.
  • Interface changed for table in Referenced Proteins section on publication details page.
  • Added biomarker details page to the GlyGen portal.
  • Added biomarker section on protein, glycan, publication and motif details page.
  • Support added for Biomarker Disease and Biomarker Type search from protein and glycan search.
  • Added Biomarker disease typeahead support on protein and glycan search.
  • Support added for Biomarker Type filters from protein and glycan list pages.
  • Added yeast data to GlyGen portal.
  • Added Mastodon widget in the News section of GlyGen portal.
  • Added Tab greying feature to indicate no data is available in the table present on tabs (all pages).
  • Updated grant information on GlyGen portal.
  • Added support to download protein table and glycan table in the components section of biomarker details page.
  • Added support to display Glycoslation summary data from section_stats information on protein details and publication details page.
  • Added CFDE and GSA buttons with links on the GlyGen portal home page.
  • Added a Third Party Tools submenu to GlyGen portal menu.
  • Added a link from GlyGen menu to "Gene and Drug Landing Page Aggregator" site.
