Forth update the GlyGen portal. Released September 23rd 2019.

  • New "Frameworks" page acknowledgment of libraries and frameworks that used to develop GlyGen.
  • New "How to cite" page displays GlyGen publications and citations.
  • Sequon data on sequence view.

  • Protvista sequence viewer.
  • Search by GO term.
  • Add search for pMe structures.
  • Cascaded type ahead.
  • Compressed file download support.
