  • New datasets for organism Bovine (Bos taurus) added.
  • Added support for Bovine on glycan, protein, quick search, publication details and search pages.
  • New user-submitted data of glycosylated thrombin-treated platelet proteins added (GLY_001051).
  • Cross-references to TAIR (GLY_001249) and Araport (GLY_001248)added to Arabidopsis proteins.
  • Generated blacklist and whitelist files for GlyTouCan accessions that are flagged during glycan data QC.
  • Added metabolomics workbench (MW) cross-reference dataset (GLY_001170) and MW to GlyGen mapping dataset (GLY_001186).
  • Temporarily retired Carbbank Rat dataset due to PMID discrepancies.
  • Updated all species and added Bovine IsoGlyP predictions.  
  • Added the usability domain to all datasets to ensure a thorough description is included in each BCO.
  • Source xref badge in datasets and portal changed from "GlyGen" to "Data Submission" for datasets that have been submitted by a user/data generator/lab.
  • Enhanced API for downloading biomarker data.
