The Proteoform Annotation section of the Protein details page in GlyGen contains the description of the proteoform(s)/glycoform(s) of the given protein.

Proteoform Annotation

The Proteoform annotation contains the description of the proteoform/glycoform of the given protein as described by the Protein Ontology.

The form of a protein as characterized by its amino acid sequence and any post-translational modifications associated with that sequence
