Changes to the GlyGen API in 2.8

  1. 2073 Implement Clustal container and API
  2. 2063 Filter for tools (prediction and literature mining)
  3. 2009 Glycan list page - separate Pubchem ids
  4. 2008 Column chooser init - separate PubChem compound and substance
  5. 1989 Need to add a type parameter in the evidence object to differentiate
  6. 1981 Need to change simple search api to support all types of glycans.
  7. 1980 Need to add message in protein simple search init api for glycan category/id.
  8. 1978 Text mining algorithm name and url in protein glycosylation text mining tab
  9. 1977 Need to verify if summary message has proper site count in Glycosylation table summary section.
