Changes to the GlyGen API in 2.8

  • 2073 Implement Clustal container and API
  • 2063 Filter for tools (prediction and literature mining)
  • 2009 Glycan list page - separate Pubchem ids
  • 2008 Column chooser init - separate PubChem compound and substance
  • 1989 Need to add a type parameter in the evidence object to differentiate
  • 1981 Need to change simple search api to support all types of glycans.
  • 1980 Need to add message in protein simple search init api for glycan category/id.
  • 1978 Text mining algorithm name and url in protein glycosylation text mining tab
  • 1977 Need to verify if summary message has proper site count in Glycosylation table summary section.
  • 1823 Link to external resources from GlyGen list pages (API)
